Who are you guys?

You can read more about each of us individually here, but the short answer is that we (Brandon, Corey, Macie, and Logan) all started out in residential real estate and slowly transitioned to commercial.

We started this partnership buying self-storage, and have since transitioned towards warehouse/industrial

What kind of buildings do you buy?

While we are The Warehouse Buyers, there are a lot of different names for the buildings we buy...

  • Warehouses

  • Industrial

  • Flex

  • Shops

  • Contractor Garages

  • Multi-Tenant Industrial

Whatever you call it, if it is a metal or block building under 30,000sqft, then we may be interested!

How does the process work?

It is safe to say that our #1 selling point is that we are the easiest buyers you will ever work with. We keep the process pretty simple.

  1. Get ahold of us and tell us about the property

  2. We make you an offer

  3. We visit the property

  4. We close

It really is as simple as that. We work with local title companies or attorneys, and work to close as soon as you're ready.

Rented or Vacant

We buy buildings that have a tenant in place and buildings that are vacant. If you run a business out of the building but want to sell it, we can do a sale-leaseback—you sell it to us and keep operating there under a lease.

"I don't want to pay taxes"

So you've owned the building for many years and don't want to get hit with a big tax bill. There are multiple avenues we can take from here. Some example could be:

  • Split payments – Half this year, half next year

  • Installments – A portion now, with the rest spread over a few years

  • Seller financing – You carry a note and collect steady income (often with lower taxes each year)

  • Lease first, sell later – We lease it now and buy it next year

There are a ton of options we can discuss if this is your concern.
